Easy Blueberry Peach Crisp
6 big peaches
1 box blueberries
Toss with lemon & sugar
11/2 c flour
11/2 c lt brown sugar
11/2 c oatmeal
2 sticks cold butter
Process flour, brown sugar, butter in food processor to consistency of cornmeal.
Mix in oatmeal by hand.
Place fruit mixture in buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Cover completely with topping. Bake at 375 until is bubbly & top in browned. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
